This Privacy Policy explains how SCRIPTSPARK PTE. LTD. (“we”) collects and uses personal information when you use 12video at https://12video.ai and sign in via https://auth.12opc.com. It is written for Google Sign-In and other account features on this overseas site.

1. Who we are

12video is an AI short-video creation service operated by SCRIPTSPARK PTE. LTD. The public website is https://12video.ai. Account sign-in is handled by our identity service at https://auth.12opc.com (Casdoor).

2. Information from Google Sign-In

If you choose “Continue with Google”, we ask Google only for your basic profile: name, email address, and profile photo. We use this to create or sign in to your 12video account and to show your identity in the product. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, or other Google data. We do not post to Google on your behalf.

3. Other information we collect

When you use the service we may also store: account identifiers created by our identity service; content you upload or generate (scripts, images, videos, prompts); usage and billing records needed to run the product; and cookies or similar tokens that keep you signed in. If you register with email instead of Google, we store the email and credentials you provide.

4. How we use the information

We use this information to authenticate you, provide video generation and related tools, store your projects and assets, process membership or credits, prevent abuse, and contact you about the service. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Storage and processors

Account records are stored with our identity service. Uploaded and generated files for this overseas site are stored in object storage in the Singapore region. To generate videos we send the prompts and media you submit to AI model providers acting as processors. These providers receive only what is needed to fulfill your request.

6. Retention

We keep account and project data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data through the support channel below. Some records may be retained where we must do so for security, billing, or legal obligations.

7. Your choices

You can sign in with Google or with email. You can disconnect Google access at any time in your Google Account permissions. You can ask us to correct or delete personal data we hold, subject to the limits above.

8. Children

This service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
